oLead engineering design and launch of major suspension development initiatives at several OEM's including Volvo, Freightliner, Western Star, Sterling, Blue Bird, International, Mack, Kenworth, and Peterbilt. oCo-inventor of alternative clamp group and spring design patents #8,029,008 and #8,177,246 oDeveloped a Microsoft Access database to track and report quality assurance testing. Also developed a database that was later used as a model for the entire company's engineering change release system.

oLed project to increase manual press brake production capacity by transferring high volume parts to fully automatic FANUC robotic bending cell. oDevelop programs for fully automated Finn Power Express Bender. oManage design changes to parts for conversion to Finn Power Express Bender. oReconfigured material handling areas to support corporate lean manufacturing initiatives. oLead a lean team project to optimize manufacturing of an assembled rack. oManufacturing Project Manager for developing Panduit's first in-house Power Outlet Unit assembly cell. oShot, edited and produced videos for internal facility marketing, as well as machine set-ups.
